And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
WOW! Friends invited me to Eugene back in either '90 or '91 for the 10th Annual Downtown Festival. Kesey had his "Further" Bus in the parade, hippie multi-colored like this.
The parade was wacky, to say the least. As was the crowd.
It was a 69 Camaro that was traded in at a VW dealership. If they pass the VW 16 or 18 point checklist they can be sold with a VW warranty. This car was featured in a VW advertisement.
