Filet that fish

  1. Between the Blue Gill & the Crappy I'm about filleted out. I wouldn't fillet that one, just remove the scales & innards & head & fry whole. All kinds of good stuff gets missed filleting.

    2. whole fish have more flavor. filets are easier to eat.

  3. So it's not a black crappie ? Some species confuse me a bit with all the hybrids we have now.
