And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
GS, maybe you have but didn't know it. Sold to Pabst in 99 and made under contract by Anheuser-Busch in their Houston location. The other older beer (which was much better IMHO) was Pearl, also now owned by Pabst but made under contract by Miller in Ft. Worth. Neither made to the original recipe. The only Texas locally owned is Shiner with Shiner Bock my favorite. Much better with that platter of heaven. That is enough food for two people for lunch and dinner.
Some yummy looking gut lumber.
ReplyDeleteDinner for two…
ReplyDeleteWith that tray of food, why would anyone be drinking Lone Star Light?
