Yeah, after 20 years in the same office, same job, they hired a WOKE, DEI woman manager for us Technicians. She had no knowledge at all of what we did, the time involved, nor the years of training & skills we had acquired, but, she had a better plan to save the company money. That was 5 years ago, last month she was RIFed, terminated or fired. Most of the best talent she started with, fled her tyrannical control, for other positions, or left the company altogether.
