And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
As a fighter guy, not my favorite, but still impressive. They used to do a flyby at Squadron Officer School every Friday before sports, played the national anthem and whatever airplane it was that week always came in from behind the formation. Could feel the B-1 approach before we heard it and I remember thinking "this one's gonna hurt". All four in full AB down low is quite a show.

When in reheat, the B-1B is loudest aircraft in AF inventory. I live 13mi W of Ellsworth AFB, and I hear them take off.
