    1. I don''t know, but that house not sitting square to the road trips my OCD.

  2. Nieby Crofters Cottage, a historic farmhouse located in South Schleswig, Germany.

Nieby Crofters Cottage was a former pigsty sitting at the edge of a nature reserve. Built by tenant farmers, the building had fallen into disrepair, prompting a major intervention by the architects that involved breaking down its façade, replacing its concrete foundation, and carefully rebuilding the brick walls and roof as close as possible to its original form. New windows were put in to illuminate the interiors which also benefited from a well-deserved rehaul: formerly dominated by clusters of tiny rooms, huge portions of the upper floor were removed to create dramatic double-height volumes over the kitchen and dining area.
