And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I had the chance to try a Eurodib portable induction cooker this past weekend. Very fast but temperature control was not the greatest. The Breville Control Freak Home must still be the gold standard for home cooks. You can even do sous-vide with it. Kinda pricey though...Steve_in_Ottawa
Yikes!!!! Look at that 2-blade wall plug: 1800W should come with a 3-pin (grounded) 20amp (one of the blades turned 90°: "- |", not "| |") plug.
Normal 15amp/1600W/16gauge-wired sockets are designed so you can't plug in 1800W devices and overload the wiring in your walls. 20amp sockets have that funny t-shaped hole to accommodate either 15amp or 20amp plugs.
