And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I have a friend who lives in a Yurt (Ger in Mongolia - Yurt is a Russian word), and likes it. They are weather proof and are exceptionally warm in winter. The felt that makes up the insulating component is made of horse hair and when wet, it smells like a wet horse. Though if you're living in a yurt, you likely don't bathe all winter, so it may be less of a problem than I think.
