Over at Lloyd Kahn's blog, he recommends this restaurant in San Francisco, Outerlands, which sounds like a really good spot to grab some chow when down in the City.

My favorite feature is how they bake 60 loaves of bread a day, some of which they send to a local coffee spot nearby.   Classic San Francisco, including the atmospheric fog.

The salmon below looks mighty tasty.
