See the one in the front, with the whitish fur? That is my wife and girls next project for six to eight weeks, or until it starts jumping up on my car.
Someone we know raises these miniature goats, and we help them bond with people by fostering them. If you feed them and treat them like one of the family, they become great pets, like dogs. At first, they need a bottle every couple of hours, until they get older. Miniature goats are fun loving, and very curious. They are always ready to play, and are very grateful when people will goof around with them. When the time comes for them to go, we are relieved but sorry as well. Kinda like when your kid goes away to college.
Anyway, it's a lot of work, but a lot of fun too. We pick him up on Sunday, and then the crazy begins.
