And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Won a lot of rounds with a JC Higgins 16ga over-under, my grand pop got it for my 5th B. day, kept it till I was old enough to properly shoot it. From 16 to near 25 pretty much got all the meat, except trapping and fishing, my family ate. Yeah, be real nice to own one of those exquisite over-unders, simply not in my price range, they sure are beautiful works of art, probably shoot even better.
Both are amazing but I’ll take the Purdy.
