  2. Confined sand is one of the best possible foundation material. It all depends on the depth of the foundation

    1. It also perks really well for a septic system - but no way you could get approval for a septic system so close to a body of water. AI.

  3. Beach homes on islands are my specialty and have designed many. What you see in the pik is completely doable but it will cost at least a mil and that's if you already own the land.

  5. Steel mills in Indiana are built on sand. It all depends on the type of sand.
