Lord that is such tasty stuff, so rich, warm out of the section, make you swoon, especially if its from a desirable nectar, we got Tulip Poplar here in WV, my favorite, though the general wild flower can be particularly good some years, but its all good no matter what.
Getting toward the end of harvest now - I still have a few hives capping off the honey in the final frames. Quite a few gallons this year - El Ninos are nice for honey makers.
