    7W-31, NC17665 (NC46426) – Built 5/17/1940. First sold to B.K. Douglas of NY. AAF serial number 42-38287 worn during war time service. Owned and flown by Gigi Brisson for many years. Purchased by Walt Bowe Summer 2021. New owner June 2025. Registered to John Bormes of Aberdeen, South Dakota.

    1. There were two "Songbirds" used in the series--the first was a Cessna T-50 Bobcat, the second was a Cessna 310B. They were both twin engine planes, Flying Out of the Blue of the Western Sky.

  5. I have the Hallmark "The Sky's The Limit" ornament version of this hanging in our Christmas tree as I write this. Right next to the Hughes H1 Air Racer. Steve_in_Ottawa
