And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Saint Botolph’s (who?) Church Boston, Lincolnshire, England
Built when? what ever year it was built it's still standing, better that all the stuff being built today and was built with people that did not have the supposed education knowledge as today, to bad we cannot go back in time to learn from the great builder of yesteryear.
This looks very much like the Episcopal church that my wife and I attended a truly lovely Children's Christmas Padget yesterday, Christmas Eve.
