And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Dolores Costello married John Barrymore in 1928. They are Drew Barrymore’s grandparents.
Spent some time doing a bit of battle with Drew Barrymore. Was at an FBO in LA (I was flight crew for a high level meeting) and she was inside the FBO, boombox blaring on the counter, her dog yapping and her two (that way) male friends. We got into a heated argument when I asked her to turn the volume down. Nasty woman, terrible behavior all around. Center of attention crap. To this day, when I see her on the screen, I turn it off.
Good thing. When you watch her TV show you can feel the intelligence being drained from your body. And it only takes a few minutes to have it start happening.
