And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I really don't think anybody camping like that, where they're trying to shave every ounce off each piece of equipment, is dragging along a pair of camp chairs. Staged.
I grew up in a warm weather environment. As a teen and a young adult I enjoyed backpacking in the mountains. Camping in the fall and spring snow was a treat. Those days are long gone. If I can’t see a mango tree or palm I get the chills.
Why you bring a warm woman with you. You supply the gear and supplies she supplies the warmth. Win Win.
