And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Ambient makes a nice system. We’ve had a WS-5000 here on our ranch for 4 years. The temperature/humidity sensors are accurate and flexible. The wind gauge is also good and seems to be accurate. The rain gauge, however, is less accurate, although the reports it generates are useful for timing of rain events. The version here seems to be a bit different, so I don’t know about comparing them.
We have two Ambient Weather stations (not sure the models), one at hunting camp and one at home. Both have been great! Though I prefer the displays on the older models, the newer ones seemed to have cheaped out. Remote monitoring and the ability to see other weather stations on the app is very handy.
