And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

No where on this write up can I locate where this cutlery is made. It says: "Japanese design" and "Japanese steel" but it does not say where it's made. Also they claim that the company is 20 years old. Well, most Japanese cutlery companies are centuries old. Curious...
The internet says they're made in China. I've noticed that the lower price point J Henckels and Zwilling knife sets are made in China while their top end knives are still made in Germany. I'm not sure about a dimpled surface on a knife. Seems like it would make it harder to wipe clean. Al_in_Ottawa

Dimples are like scallops on other blades...they are suppose to help eliminate substances from sticking to the surface of the blade.
