And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I have a knife pretty much like this one, except that it isn't quite that pointy... more of a utensil than a stabbing knife. I have always wondered what its provenance is... I was in the military but never encountered one there.

ReplyDeleteI bought one, just because. I have it for camping and I think it is supposed to appear it is made from a wrench. Fun to own, what could be better?
