And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Actually, I am a tiny bit embarrassed that I called Cosmic Crips the wrong name. Hands down, Cosmic Crisp apples are insanely sweet, crisp and a tiny bit tart.
Has anyone (besides me) tried Honey Crisp apples? I don't know if I will ever eat another kind besides these.
ReplyDeletehoney crisp, yes. for about 5 years now. around here,calhoun co. illinois, they ripen earlier than most so they are gone quicker.
