A volcano is erupting just off shore of the westernmost Canary island in the Atlantic ocean right now.

Looks dramatic from this picture.  I'm curious as to what will happen here, as this is happening very close to a picturesque little island fishing village, and would make a great story if it breaks the surface of the sea and threatens the towns folk ( who have actually been evacuated).   It is an amazing planet.
