Rita Hayworth and Orson Welles in The Lady From Shanghai.

Can anyone name a movie made over the last ten years that can hold a candle to these classic films, made by and for adults?

  1. That was a great movie - I think they were still married to each other when it was made.

  2. Things have devolved in the film industry. Every film needs a queer and a "person of color" in order to be made these days. More to the point, everything is a remake.

  3. I sure can't. The old movies had so much more class than just about anything made nowadays.
