And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
OK, I'm gonna be the first to officially say it. Whatever price they say it'll cost, quadruple it. Whatever capabilities they claim, take one quarter of them. If they talk multi-service capabilities take 1/16th. Reaching Operational Status will be 2050 and we'll retire every airplane in the military in order to pay for it. That retirement will commence in 2035 and be complete by 2040.
