Obama gets lifted off his feet by the pizza parlor owner.

 Where is the secret service on this?  We can't have our president lifted and carried off willy nilly by just anyone.

Update: apparently this guy has already visited the Surgeon General in DC at least once, so that would explain the "spontaneity."
