And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

The hose I'm using in the yard now is prone to kinks, so maybe I ought to try this.
My wife kept destroying a similar type of expandable hose, I switched out to Zero-G hoses, they stay flexible (but don't expand). Have had the first one about 18 months, it's still looks new. https://www.apexhose.com/lightweight-hose-zero-g/ $44.90 for 50ft at Tractor Supply
I’ve got 3 cheapo 75 ft expandables strung together to reach the back gardens; have only 1 hose bib out in front. They’ve lasted well and shrink down to a coil about 18” across x 3” tall after draining the pressure off. That nonremovable shut off valve might be a pain if you string a couple together and it drags. The ones I bought have removable valves; I just left the last one on so I don’t have to keep futzing with the bib.
I have one. Absolutely will not kink.

ReplyDeleteI went through 3 different brands of expandable hoses. They all lasted a year to 16 months.
