And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

You know it's a spaghetti western when you see this on the covered wagon.
If that was used in any movie, it just means that was a crap art department, probably on a low-budget schlock film. (Think the level of professionalism found on Rust, not so much A Fist Full Of Dollars.) It's their job to find things like that, and make that kind of crap disappear before a camera ever rolls.
