And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
That looks like an Oldsmobile. I had a 1959 Pontiac Star Chief that had the same type of roof and wrap around back window. It was called the Vista View style because the back window had no visible pillars for support. Yeah, BIG cars.
That was my first car as a 15 year old inn1976. It was a two door with leather bucket seats. It had a factory tricked out 454, four barrel carb with chrome air filter cover and valve covers and an immense amount of chrome bumpers and trim. That car literally floated down the road. I paid a whopping $300.00 in cash.
