Up your garden game this summer

  1. I've got a 100' fabric hose and it's kinda unwieldy. You'd probably need a crane to hoist this hose!

  2. Don't worry, your lawnmower can still eat it.

  3. I purchased a similar set of hoses from Home Depot a few years ago. They are made out of an aluminum coil over a really cheap clear plastic hose. Horrible. Dive over it and it is wrecked.

    1. I stand corrected, it is stainless steel...that is about as sturdy as cheap soft aluminum.

  4. "Stainress steer". The ad copy at Amazon is embarrassing. Good 5/8 hose is expensive, lasts 10 years or so, maybe 15 if you store it right and don't abuse it.

  5. Have wrecked many hoses over the years, the gray Gilmour hoses are holding up surprisingly well!
