And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Back in the 1950s a neighbor had a two-seater Mercedes. The clock was on the glove compartment door. If you opened the door, the clock was an oversized Swiss pocket watch that fit into a sleeve so as to be visible to the driver. Step one in the morning was to wind the watch.
I have a clock like that. Got it from my crashed Huey gunship and brought it home. It quit working a few years ago but the parts are no longer available so it's a paper weight. Such is life.
My friend had an MGA & the turn signal switch was like that one, I liked it enough to copy it (3 way toggle switch) on a VW bug I had when the normal one came apart. What's that Tripmaster thing at the bottom?
A good aircraft instrument shop should be able to repair it. Just tell them you don't need an FAA 8130-3 or return to service tag. Try Pacific Southwest Instruments in Corona, CC.
