  2. I had an electric smoker (different brand) that couldn't keep the heat up when the outdoor temps dropped below 25F. Our turkey on Thanksgiving day that year wasn't cooked even after 16 hours. Switched to a propane model so we'll see how it goes this year.

  3. My company used to give the employees a turkey every year just before Thanksgiving. I'd take mine home and smoke it, then bring it back for lunch until it ran out. The aroma of that smoked turkey, as I was reheating it in the microwave, had everybody drooling.
