The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? My son began carrying an EDC flashlight, and I thought "Is that really necessary? How often do you need a flashlight right out of your pocket?"

FWIW, both my son and I carry the Streamlight Microstream, but just get something that fits in your pocket.

I believe that is a Giant Mouse. Not sure which one but they make very nice knives in general
