    1. No, small block. It doesn't have the
      409 emblems.

  5. Yes, today SF is one of the few places where dogs step in human shit on the sidewalk.

  6. Oh my, does that bring back some memories, albeit just a few years later. My parents grew up across the bay, my dad in the Oakland hills, my mother over the hills in Lafayette. My dad later re-married, and his place was just high enough in the hills to be able to see the search light on the Farallon Islands at night, 30 miles off shore.

  7. See those cars in that gritty reality tv-cop-show "Streets of San Francisco". I miss the old place. It was fun.

  9. Let me vent a bit on the blog. Me: I always want to know WHERE a photo was taken. In this case, from Mount Sutro? Now, if it is a picture of a puppy in the window, a couple doing a two-step, and old ad, or a young babe, then WYSIWYG. Otherwise, if the scenery is the subject, e.g., the road between the river and the canyon wall, THAT is when I want to know where. Can you add that info or do you just receive/find handfuls of pretty pictures with no other identification? TIA

  10. The price of LSD is a bill that's still being paid.

Frisco is still having acid flashbacks, they're governed by the kids conceived during psychedelic trips, and it shows.
