I love the pans hate the company. Bought a ton of stuff off Amazon, frying pans, in several sizes, Dutch oven, grill pans, covers, and a ton of accessories. Got it all in a timely fashion.
I was missing a lid on a small pan for my wife, Amazon does not carry it. Bought it directly from Lodge. Everything I ordered from Amazon arrived over the next six weeks, tiny lid direct from Lodge was still Awol.
I called the factory and my mental picture of the person I spoke with was of some bored twenty year old sitting with her feet up on her desk doing her nails, while trying and failing to give two shits about my order.
I can only imagine the only reason she had a job was that she was either the progeny of somebody important or else she was there solely because somebody in management either was banging her or wanted to bang her.
I was like, I'm really not the one to fool with doll, I'm real close to melting ALL this my Lodge purchases into one giant ball and rolling it through your front door asshole!
Needless to say, while I love the pans, I'll never buy from them again. You can't treat me with respect like the paying customer I am, then you can go screw yourself!
Tell us how expecting to actually receive a product you paid for is some kind of indication of a mental shortfall?
Then please further expound on how when unable to receive a product you paid for you expect customer service to treat you with respect while actually working to correct the situation, is also your problem.
And when you are done with that please explain how taking the time to write your honest viewpoint to caution other prospective buyers, is also some sort of indication of a mental problem.
You know what is an indication of a mental shortcoming? Hit and run pop psychology in order to elevate yourself above someone else.
