And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Got my copy. The recipes are gonna keep me and Mrs CW busy this fall and winter. A great Christmas present.
Had some really nice Faroe Island salmon tonight. That fish never disappoints. My local fishmonger also has Wolf fish cheeks. Wolf fish are butt ugly. They are like regular cod cheeks but bigger and a lot meatier. Dunk them in flour, egg, panko and then in hot peanut oil. Yum! Steve_in_Ottawa
Hope the salmon are not so infected, due to the farmed monsters out there.
