And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I do not like the thoughts and feelings that seeing this creates in me. I find myself wishing he’d hit a big oak tree and not one of those normal folks trying to get to work or the store.
i finally figured out the main stream media's lies when i it was made known how one's perception of an event could be "influenced" by play-back speed of a video.
I have driven a motorcycle maybe twice in my life. And that was quite a few decades ago. Since then, I have never been able to understand why people literally take their lived in their hands and between their own idiocy and automobile drivers threatening them as well, why they do it.
Fun. Most riders are more responsible than the dude in this clip. Personally, I save the bike for long vacations on quiet country backroads. Commuting by motorbike on city roads or freeways seems too suicidal, distracted drivers are the norm.
This is the kind of motorcycle operators that will improve the world if they splatter themselves, and just themselves. Instead, they risk everyone else with their irresponsible behavior.
Freakin' deathwish.

ReplyDeleteTrue. Speeding it up like that makes it seem more dangerous than it is. I did similar long ago when I was young and dumber.
DeleteDoesn't matter if it's sped up. Still a damn fool. Splitting lanes, wrong lane. Someone should open a door.

DeleteBesides fun there's economics. I rode a bike 70 miles one way to work and home for years to save on gas and wear and tear on the family car.
DeleteMe! Me! Me! Always all the time ME!
ReplyDeleteIt wouldn't have bothered me if the lane splitter had splatted.
ReplyDeleteAnd the riders wonder why so many drivers hate them.
ReplyDeleteThat's one of those motorcycles that the sign keeps telling us to look out for.
ReplyDeleteBut make sure you look twice for motorcycles

ReplyDeleteI gave up motorcycles in my early 20's when I finally realized I was mortal. Every now and then I get the urge but I'm resisting it.
ReplyDeleteI reiterate my earlier comment which is Let’s hope he is taken off of the road before he damages other people’s property or harms anyone.
ReplyDeletePerfect stunt set-up and execution of wild ride…still the most dangerous thing to do with your day!
