    1. Not to worry, plenty of rain, but warm rain. Unless the politicians screw it up, there should be enough.

    2. I'm skeptical. Look at the table at the bottom of this page on the California water site. Most of the stations are 60-80% of average rain for this year. On other pages, you can see that the reservoirs are full, but the snowpack page shows 7% for the April 1 average for NorCal. You haven't got enough snow to keep the crops growing all summer long, the reservoir will bottom out early.
