Maserati has one of the best corporate logos

  1. I don't understand the link between the land based car and Neptune's trident, which symbolizes power over the sea. Are their engines prone to flooding?

  3. Maserati MC12, they only built 62, 50 to meet the homologation requirements to go racing and 12 race cars. Mechanically it is based on the Ferrari F50. Jeremy Clarkson tested one on Top Gear 20 years ago.

    1. I remember seeing one in DuPont Registry 20+ years ago. It seemed better looking than the F50/Enzo upon which it was based.

  5. Maserati began in Bologna, where there is a Renaissance statue of Neptune in the main square. The Trident copies that of the Neptune statue.
