  1. Don't wheel chocks normally go in the front and back of the tires and not on the sides?

  2. Some of those blocks were trying to be under the tires to "stop" the dry rot.

    1. Don't remember seeing a ship. It was parked at the front of a huge yard full of old vehicles, trailers, a vintage bus, etc.
