How bout a .22mag pen gun? ATF classes them as AOW, (any other weapon), only a sawbuck for the stamp instead of $200 for SBR/SBS and suppressors. (Applied and machined a DYI pen gun from plans when I was working for a gunsmith bunch years ago. They are extremely simple weapons)
