And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
My first thought was the gas mileage loss with the stuff on the roof, then I figured you'd never notice it with that truck... Locking front hubs? I had a Toyota van with locking front hubs, locking them in took 4 mpg but they were needed over half the year (Minnesota).
Joshua Tree in the splendid Mojave. Got them suitcases loaded; he ain't goin' far like that---maybe he knows a place that ain't far. In that time frame it was (perhaps next to) paradise. I been there.
