And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. Steam from the cooling towers? I don't believe that today,any industrial plants emit smoke like that. The largest part of most power plants are the scrubbers that remove particulates and harmful gasses and render the discharge almost invisible.
