  3. Is #3 from James Garner's Grand Prix? Watching that film's race scenes on a big screen will have you grabbing your seat. 1966 movie so all real cars and drivers on real courses...

    1. I'm sure you're right. Probably the best all round racing movie ever made!
I'll have to say tho Ford vs Ferrari is pretty damn close!

  7. Sure that #3 is from Grand Prix and is old banked portion of Monza.
Beach with the universe flying by is awesome but last one with a close resemblance of Speed Racer's Mach 5 would be a nice ride to have

  8. Right on! We used whatever was on my dad's woodpile, though. Great times nonetheless!

  9. #16 looks like you are looking north in San Clemente CA. I think I've even driven thru that intersection.

  11. #7: How to wake up dead under debris after a flash flood from a rainstorm 30 miles away.

    The rest: Flawless, as usual.

  14. Some real beauties in a couple of them. The rest are top notch also. I enjoy getting out in the country, away from the city lights, and watching the stars circle around. Puts a perspective of how small we are.

  15. Number 18 picture, a chevy 1973 Nova v-8, had one of those in my younger years.
Nice car, got over 130,000 miles out of it before I sole it and got a station wagon for the family. It was green.

  16. I’d sacrifice and settle for the first one if they’d throw in the old Ford pickemup.
