Reader Karl sent these in taken from his plane while flying around the west. 

First is NE Arizona over some _very_ rough parts of the Navajo Reservation. 

Second is a '68 C-150 out playing bush plane west of Phoenix 

in the 1980s. 

Last one is Jerome AZ, looking at Sedona across the valley and the San Francisco Peaks 

 north of Flagstaff on the upper left (12k+ about 45 

miles away.)
