AI is getting smarter. When we get those calls about Medicare expense fund - we ask, "Who did you call for? You said you were reviewing -MY- files, so who am I?"
It usually hangs up. Yesterday, it stayed on the line, asked me my age, "You already know that, you have -MY- files!" It hung up.
