And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
So, 30 seconds of googling MV Rio Cargo Ship and I learned that the crew was caught in a storm in 2018 off the Russian coast in the Black Sea. They intentionally grounded her to keep her from capsizing. Some efforts have been made to recover her to no avail.
Saw that happen to several large sailboats anchored off Martha's Vineyard. Huge storm moved in overnight and they didn't put out enough chain or an extra anchor.
A lot of good that port bow line or anchor line is doing.
