    1. Traveling in Asia some 40 years ago, it was front page newspaper news how coming Coke bottlers were positioned as needed health food providers and welcomed to grateful communities.

  3. No zip code so this was before mid 60's.
Much was not known then that is now.
I stopped drinking soft drinks cold turkey 15 years ago.
Couple years ago I tasted a coke my wife was drinking.
The flavor was unidentifiable and the carbonation burn was the worst part, like drinking nuclear lava. Never again.

    1. Think you might be on to something there Ghost. The language is not late '50s or even '60s. I don't think too many of us back then worried about 'gaining acceptance' or 'fitting in' never mind 'strict regimen'. Just doesn't ring true. Steve_in_Ottawa

  5. RFK probably thinks Coke cures autism and regrows foreskins on circumcised children. Once he is done at HHS a lot of cleanup and rebuilding will have to be done.

In my opinion RFK is Trump's most dangerous cabinet member.
I believe in personal responsibility. If you voted for a party/politician and that decision results in economic pain for you and your family... well you deserve that.
The problem with RFK is that he will not only cause economic pain to people. Because of what he is doing at HHS many people will die and many children will die. I don't think that you or your kids deserve to die because someone decided that it was politically expedient to place RFK in a position where he can generate so much damage.
I hold particularly responsible those men and women in the Senate that know better but still voted to confirm RFK because they were too afraid to vote against him. I'm talking to you Bill Cassidy, Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins. You knew what the consequences of RFK at HHS were and still went with it.
I hope that decision and its consequences haunt you forever.

    5. One question; did the spaceship scorch your lawn when they dropped you off? Now run along and get your 15th COVID booster, and don't forget your flu shot. To quote Charlie Brown; "good grief!"
