And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? I quit buying their stuff when they forced the covid shot on their employees. I quit buying Nike stuff when Kapernick was kneeling for anthem and Nike endorsed it
Surprise! Companies seek profit. Carhartt’s and Dickies still make good stuff.
Many Chinese factories turn out very high quality stuff, but the American companies putting their brand on it have to bird dog specs and quality. Apple is an example of how good it can be; Duracell is an example of the dark side.
Pretty sure management is legally obligated to maximize profits for their stockholders. My Carhartt (on now) is from Guatemala according to the tag - their quality and fit meet my needs for now. Wow, you hit it on the nose w.r.t. Duracell. They were my go-to, buying the big packs from Costco for many years.
