And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I don't think that ship is going down. The little foam looks like swell induced. Note the wet area above it. If it was going down you should see a lot of air being forced out, blowing spray everywhere. I think she's on the bottom up against a large rock or cliff. Would be a great dive site.
This photo shows the wreck of the Sun Vista, a Malaysian cruise ship that sank in the Strait of Malacca near Penang, Malaysia, in 1999. The ship caught fire during its journey and eventually sank. It’s now fully submerged and on the seabed. And, yes, it’s got great diving.
Looks like they're creating an artificial reef.

Fill a paper cup full of water and set it next to an open fire. The paper cup will not burn.
