And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Husband uses them often in his work. Two guys who are in different areas and need to communicate. One under a house crawl space the other running a noisy boom truck on another part of the property or from inside of a well house or another building. Why take an expensive cell phone and risk damaging it and with with limited to no cell range. Easy. Cheap.
Great for when we are camping and I need to guide him backing up the trailer and he can't see me. STOP!!
Toys. Of limited utility. But better than shouting. For serious work there are better designs available that aren't stuck on the FRS frequencies.
